OceanPredict’19 will provide your organization with an exceptional opportunity for exposure and networking among the world’s most influential and passionate stakeholders who share your interest in the advancement of operational oceanography. We invite traditional trade show style exhibits from industry and service provides, as well as operational oceanography end-users and related stakeholders.

The exhibition is an essential part of the symposium and delegate experience. Whether your organisation is providing operational services, operates as user of the various ocean and data products, or is looking to build new relationship with clients, the OceanPredict '19 symposium can help you to develop new user relationships, increase sector presence, encourage brand awareness and showcase your products and services to the community. OceanPredict’19 is the ideal opportunity to not only demonstrate your support for the sector but also to promote your business/organization to relevant stakeholders and decision makers.

The exhibition will use event space central to the symposium venue, offering free and open access to the main meeting rooms and poster display areas, allowing a perfect setup for engaging attendees. The exhibition space will also serve as the location for nutrition breaks and lunches to ensure high traffic and visibility throughout the Symposium.

 

Registration and benefits

Exhibit Booth $3,000

Your 8'x10' Trade Show booth will include the following:

  • Pipe and black drape consisting of 8 ft. high back wall, and 3ft. high side wall
  • One skirted 6 ft table
  • Two chairs
  • Power connection (1 plug)
  • Internet access

The cost for an exhibition booth is not intended to be a financial support to the conference, but should be a relevant element of the attendee experience. The OceanPredict’19 Organising Committee is open to creative ideas and suggestions for exciting exhibitions.

In addition as an exhibitor you will receive:

  • One complimentary Symposium registration including all social functions
  • Company name/logo and link to website featured in “Exhibitors List” on the website
  • Company name/logo featured in event guide/exhibit listings with exhibit floor plan
  • Opportunity to provide one piece of collateral to be included in delegate bag

Exhibit Set-up and Hours

Exhibitor Set –up

  • Sunday, May 5 - 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Monday, May 6 - 8:00 am – 9:30 am

Exhibits must be set up and ready to go by 10:00 am on Monday, May 6.
If you require more time for your set up please email amcgill@agendamanagers.com.  We will do our best to accommodate you.

While the exhibit area will be open all day May 6 – 9, we recommend your booth be staffed at the following times

Exhibitor Move-out

Move-out is scheduled for Wednesday May 8 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

 

Exhibitor Services

General Information

Global Convention Services, our official show company, is available to assist you with any of your exhibition needs (i.e. shipping, furniture rentals, etc.)   Attached is an information package detailing their services.  If you wish to order services from Global Convention Services please complete the attached and forward directly to Global.  Do not worry about including your booth number, at this time.

Advance Shipment/Storage

The Halifax Convention Centre does not accept exhibit supplies/materials.  Packages shipped to the Halifax Convention Centre, will be subject to reshipping charges.

Global Convention Services is our official exhibitor service firm. They will receive shipping prior to the event and provide storage of your materials; delivery to the event site; exhibit set-up and removal; and other additional services. Contact them for a quote.
